Manual J is a crucial tool to add to the HERS Rater/ Building Science toolbox.
Paul and Chris Wieboldt met up with Mike Holcomb and Shawn Williams, HERS Raters who are also building inspectors and building science experts. Mike has been in the business for over 50 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. Shawn is Mike's protégé and has devoted his career to understanding the building envelope and helping his clients build as efficiently as possible. Both Mike and Shawn are in a unique position with their building science expertise to understand and implement Manual J, Manual D and Manual S.
